My greetings to all you seekers of Truth. First of all, one must understand that the ‘Truth’ exists in its place; you cannot change it, you cannot imagine it, nor can you know it. You cannot know Truth in (through) this human perception. In this evolution, you have become human, but you have not known the One and the Only Truth. There cannot be many Truths. When you enter the realm of Truth, you will be amazed to find that everyone will accept the same thing as the Truth. Then there can be no conflict, no debate- discussion can occur. When everyone sees and knows the same thing, then all these different notions that have been formed - they all get gathered together.

First of all, whatever I wish to tell you, you should not in any-way have blind faith in it. Anything that shall be said should be viewed from a scriptural manner. For those who claim that God does not exist, that He has no power; for such people it can only be said that this is a very unscriptural statement, a despicable statement. Because if you haven't yet even discovered whether God exists or not, and still you keep saying that God doesn't exist, then it's a sign of arrogance. At least find out from the scriptures if He exists, then you will have to accept Him. Similarly, whatever I am requesting (presenting) in front of you today, you investigate it and see it. If it is proven, then as an honest person, you will have to accept it. Because this Truth will solve all our questions. Your personal questions will certainly be solved, but the questions of your society, your country, and even the entire world can be solved. The reason for this is that we don't know the system within ourselves, whether God has created any system within us or not. We don't even know ourselves. Yes, we can say, "This is my house, this is my car, these are my children." But this "mine" from whom (all) this is coming from - Who is this "I"? We don't know this "Me." After reading three or four books, we start thinking we're very knowledgeable. Knowledge can't be gained by reading books. That is intellectual (result of the intellect), it resides in the intellect. But to know the Truth that lies beyond the intellect, you have to take another leap—and that is ‘self-realization’. Because the truth is that you are not the body, intellect, mind, ego, and other such attributes. This is why you are troubled and distressed, because you are considering them to be "Me." But you are a pure soul.

Until now, this practice was practiced especially in Maharashtra. But the tradition was such that one guru would bestow this blessing upon only one disciple. So, in this very Maharashtra, great saints like Dnyaneshwar Ji arose. He asked his guru, who was his brother, for permission, asking him, "Please somehow grant me the permission to include in my book - Dnyaneshwari, which I am currently writing, about how self-realization occurs”. And he describes Kundalini very clearly in his sixth chapter. Although Kundalini work has been going on in this country for thousands of years, but it was done in a secret way, started out by the ‘Nath’ sect. After he wrote (about this) in the sixth chapter, the Dharma Martands , who knew nothing about the Kundalini awakening or Kundalini itself, then declared this to be prohibited. When they declared that this is prohibited, then the general public thought, "Why should we read something that is prohibited? Why should we know about it?" But after that, in the sixteenth century, many saints and sages arose here in Maharashtra. We have forgotten them. They sacrificed their lives here and spoke on Kundalini many times. Ramdas Swami, the guru of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, was asked how long it takes for Kundalini awakening to occur. He said, "It happens instantly, at that very moment; but there needs to be a receiver and a giver." All these things are now confined to books, while all other useless things are spreading in society. They are spreading like the way fire does; and our society is about to be destroyed by this spreading fire. Because we do not have the light of truth, and we are not able to see where we are going, what our path is, what path we are taking.

Especially the influence of foreigners became very strong on us after the independence. Initially, we fought the British, and until then, we had reverence for our culture; and all our great leaders also held this culture in high regard. I have no hesitation in telling you that there is no culture greater than Indian culture in the world. These foreigners were called ‘mlechchhas’. It is said that Jesus Christ once met King Shalivahan in Kashmir. Shalivahan later ruled here as well. He asked him, "Who are you?" Jesus Christ replied, "My name is Isa, and I have come from the land of the ‘mlechchhas’." This is my country, I like it here.' So he said - king Shalivahan said, 'You should go to that place where the mlechchhas’ live. What work will you be able to do by coming here? Your work is among the ‘mlechchhas.' And when He went (back), three and a half years later he was crucified. ‘Mlechchhas means ‘mal-iccha’ ‘dirty desires’; those whose desires go only towards dirt.

Indian culture believes in purity. A person's purity should be internal and external. Our world was running on the basis of this purity and that is why purity was respected. A person who is impure and a person who teaches dirty deeds, such a person has no place in our society.

So, what can these people, who are inclined towards filth, teach us today? What do they have to offer us? If they look at themselves, they are completely devastated. I don't know how many countries I've visited; they do not have the fundamental sense of purity one should have. They don't even understand (it). No one knows what all sorts of things they come up with. They kill small little children, and no one knows, (they) do all sorts of things to them. The filth from all around the world—things worse than hell they do—what are we supposed to learn from them? Nowadays, everywhere I see the same thing is happening to us too; our children walk around wearing dirty clothes like them. Filth is their life's goal, and they are headed in that direction; and for thousands of years, we have called them ‘mlechchhas’. There's nothing worth learning from them. Turn back again towards Indian culture. This means that I am not asking anyone to carry the flag/banner of religiosity (righteousness) or nothing else.

Dharma (Righteousness, morality) lies within us. Until it is awakened, it's completely pointless to name any religion. Whether one is a Hindu, a Muslim, a Christian—anyone—they can commit all kinds of sinful acts. Does any religion stop them? Nothing can stop them. But when dharma awakens within you, you yourself become a sage, a saint. There's no need to leave home and world for it; it's all inner glory. That is why, when we know our innermost beauty, our dignity, only then do we begin to respect ourselves—and in the light of that spirit, all the impurities are automatically shed.

The amazing thing is that these ‘mlechchha’ people, where I go, have progressed ahead of you all. I think they rose as high as they were in the filth, I don't know how. I don't understand how millions of them desired self-realization. Thousands of Russians who hadn't even heard the name of God—and the way they recognized me, I'm amazed at them too. Because I am straightforward and simple, I don't walk around putting on any horns (putting on a special show). But they didn't allow any evil guru to stay there—they drove everyone away. No one can go there except me. After all, why did those people have such wisdom? The point is, in the name of religion, we too have destroyed religion by performing rituals and mutual hatred. Religion means love. Truth means love.

Those whom you love—your children, your wife, your husband, your mother whomsoever—you know everything about them, right? You gain all the knowledge about it. Similarly, in this vision of the spirit, you understand that you are an ocean of love; and the joy and pleasure of immersing yourself in this ocean of love—after consuming (experiencing) that joy, you no longer hate. You continue on forgiving everyone, and your hatred disappears.

The most important thing is to first of all to understand the foundation of Indian culture—and that is, to attain the vision of the spirit. All religions say the same thing—which religion doesn't? If you look in the Quran, it is written that you should be a ‘wali, peer’ (saint). If you look in the Bible, it talks about self-knowledge- ‘Thou shall know yourself’. There's no religion that doesn't say this: you must first, see (realise) your spirit. Only then can you see God. To see your spirit, you must abandon the strange, ritualistic things that people have spread. Or, let's put it this way, the staircase which you are walking on, you will have to leave it to come to the passageway.

So, there are many useless things—now, fasting; we have the disease of fasting. I don't know how many times they eat, many people are always fasting, and they keep thinking about food. Then, torturing your body—every kind of hardship; and walking for months to go somewhere, and trying to please God the Father in this way. Which Father would want His children to suffer so much and then to reach Him? One would have not seen such a father at least in India, I am not talking about foreign countries. But there's certainly no father in India who would want his children to endure all kinds of hardships and then be reunited with him. Things like this have happened in our country every time, every year, every era.

So Nanak Sahib has clearly said, ‘Sahaj Samadhi Lagao’ (Attain Samadhi in ‘Sahaja’ (in simple, spontaneous) way ). Samadhi is attained through Sahaja (natural/simple/spontaneous). Not by standing on your head, fasting, or performing all sorts of rituals; but through Sahaja, you receive/attain Samadhi. This is the essence, and Sahaja means ‘born with you’. This yog is your birthright. As Tilak Sahib clearly said, “Swatantra”(Independence)- is our birthright; and I would say that knowing the “Swa- Tantra” (oneself's subtle system) is our birthright. Self means our spirit, and we must know and recognize its mechanism. You are not an ordinary human being. Imagine taking a television and going into a rural area or a forest and telling them that it will show this statue, that statue, or that you will see a movie in this. Then, they would exclaim, "Wow, this is a box—what will it show in it?" Villagers wouldn't understand, would they? But we too consider ourselves boxes. The moment you make this connection with that special power of God, only then can you know who you are.

So the second truth is that, in this entire animate and inanimate universe, a Great Power operates, which we call as param chaitanya, some call it Rooh and some call it All pervading power of Divine Love. You can call it by any name. For example, Patanjali called it Ritumbhara Prajna. Whatever name you give it, the meaning is that it is a Great Power, and this power performs all living functions. For example, look here, there are so many flowers. We don't even think about what a miracle it is—that these flowers emerged from a single seed and came into the world with different colors and fragrances. How did they come about? What kind of miracle happened? We don't think about anything. So, understand what drives our heart? Now, if you ask doctors, they will say the autonomous nervous system. Who is the ‘Auto’? Who is the ‘Auto’? There is no answer to that. Because we are looking at something from outside, but if we look from inside, we will find that there are many powers within us which we have not used till date.

Now, it's important to explain what happens with self-realization . However, it's not possible to cover everything in one lecture. First of all, there's a power within you called Kundalini Shakti. It's called Kundalini because it's composed of small, circular coils, such three and a half circular coils form this Shakti. We consider it a female form because it's a reflection of Adi Shakti. If God's power is Adi Shakti; that is, if His Will, His pure desire, His Will is reflected within us, then that is in the Kundalini form. This power resides in our triangular bone, medically known as the sacrum. Sacrum means sacred. This means the Greeks, who coined this name, knew that this power resides within us in the sacred bone. Furthermore, their goddess, Adi Shakti, is called Athena. ‘Ath’ means primordial. The Primordial Mother is named Athena. So many things are similar to them. If you ever go to Greece, you'll be amazed at how much has been written about Greece in our scriptures. But despite all this, people only had partial knowledge of it, because those who ‘found’ it were lost in the ocean of love and bliss. And people were like that back then; there were not so many who used to come in the search of truth? Kabir said, kaise samjhao sab jag andha "How can I explain, the whole world is blind." This was indeed the situation. No one wanted to know, everyone was lost in their own knowledge, lost in their own pride—who knew what they thought of themselves. And what they said then, it is not true today. Nowadays, one of the blessings of Kaliyuga is that a lot of search for truth is going on all over the world. It's less in India, but it is more in other places. Because we think we're very religious; we sing a few bhajans from morning till evening, and that's it. We have little desire to go beyond that. This year is a different matter—but before, I used to think this (city) is Pune, and in the scriptures, it's called Punya Patnam. This is the most sacred place in all of Maharashtra—but I never saw it that way. Now I'm amazed that so many of you have come here to find that ultimate truth, whose light can illuminate your life and the life of the entire world. Because whatever problems the world faces are largely due to human beings.

Someone just asked, "Then why did the earthquake happen in Latur?" Why did it happen? For three years, I've given speeches that there will definitely be an earthquake here. The reason is that during the Ganesh festival, you people are performing filthy songs and grotesque dances—all to the detriment of Ganesha, who is the symbol of purity. You people do this. This Ganesha is so blazing. Don't think that he's just a clay Ganesha; and one day, when he's provoked, there will be an earthquake in Maharashtra—and more are coming. There are four Ganeshas present here—they are Swyam-bhoo. Swyam-bhoo means that truly they came from the earth; and when you go and see them in self-realization, you'll see that chaitanya flows from each one of them. And there, our people are treating Ganesha with such a grotesque mockery—so Ganesha cannot tolerate it; he is blazing; and that's what happened now. Latur was our only center where I didn't go—and there, this massive earthquake occurred, very sad. Because after the Chaturdashi day, after immersing Ganpati, everyone came and, after drinking alcohol, were dancing scantily dressed - and everyone went under the mud (earth). And the second surprising thing is, you should find out, not even the slightest trace of a crack appeared in the house of any Sahaja Yogi; and not a single Sahaja Yogi died. Now you will say, 'Mother, how is this possible?' You should go and find out. The God whom you believe in so much. Now here too I saw that in Krida Nagari, Ganpati and others were made and everything was done. You don't even know how to respect him. Does making his idol or seeing him and saluting him work out? If you really believe in Ganesh Ji, then first of all you should know that purity should develop within you. He is an eternal child. And Ganpati's special blessings are upon this great nation; great nation! Alcohol has become so prevalent in Maharashtra that if you go to a village, you'll see people lying on the road like bedbugs(worms), drunk. One should be shameful. With so much alcohol coming into Maharashtra, I thought I wouldn't even do any programs in Maharashtra. Men and women, everyone drinks like shameless people—and I know the consequences—very terrible! But after self realization, you can't drink anymore. You can try it—you can't drink. Because if you tell someone, "Don't drink," half the people will get up and leave. "Oh, what's this? All our fun has been ruined. How will we live without alcohol? Oh my God! This is such a disaster!" But you're surprised that once you come to Sahaja's path, you won't turn to alcohol. Because the spirit's own joy is so great and pleasant that who would drink alcohol again? All these habits will automatically go away. We had a lot of people come in (sahajayoga) in England, all were drug addicts. They quit drugs overnight; I'm not lying, it's true. They quit in one night, whether they think about it or not, they can't smoke from the next day on. Because what happens is, imagine if I'm a stubborn woman who won't listen to anyone—most people are like that these days—I have a snake in my hand, and I'm holding it tightly; and someone tells me there's a snake in your hand, it'll bite you. I won't listen until it bites me. I keep saying it's just a rope. Because one is blind, right? But if even a little light comes on and I see that I'm holding a snake, I'll quit immediately—just like that. These are all perishable things.

At least God didn't create you in this world to destroy yourself. If you foolishly cut off your nose or ears, who can do anything about it? But God didn't create you for that. He created you to come into His kingdom and settle happily, like a king. All your troubles and sufferings are due to these chakras. I've already said that people ask, "Why did the earthquake happen there?" Why did it happen? Because your chakras are in a bad state. If your chakras, on which you depend, are healed, you will be healed, and others can be healed too. In this way, if the majority in the population (create) such a society where people are self-realized, who have the light of the spirit within them, then the world will change. You see, with the Chaitanya in the hands of a self-realized person, the major problem of food and drink in your country can be solved very easily. How? With this Chaitanya , your agriculture, your farming practices, will sometimes increase 10-fold; And you can also cultivate with non-hybrid seeds. We did an experiment here and created a sunflower. It was two feet tall, two feet. Its circumference—no, its diameter—was two feet. And after seeing it, the newspapers published it, the collector even acknowledged it, but that was it! After that, no one came. Don't even spend a penny on it. Your farming can grow. Your Indian cow can give milk. And you shouldn't drink milk from these other cows. You'll go crazy like these people. Just like foreigners don't know the way, where to go and where not to go, you'll become like them too. You shouldn't drink milk from these cows. But our own cow's milk yields so much; and now in Maharashtra, the milk production has increased so much that I heard they're throwing it into the sea. You've already got so much milk here; and yet, it's surprising that people don't turn to Sahaj—which you can easily do. We don't take any money from you in this, nor do you have to give any money. What can money have any possible connection with? Does God know about money or your bank accounts? This is your headache. When you receive blessings, the first thing you understand is a wave of Chaitanya flowing through your hands. The Quran states that when the Kiyama comes, when such time shall come then human beings shall be completely transformed—this is the Kiyama. At that time, “your hands shall speak”, "This is what Muhammad sahab wrote," and they will give Shahadat (evidence) against you. This is what Muhammad sahab wrote. But only God knows how many Muslims or Hindus will come to Sahaj. Russians are better than them—those who have never known any religion, never knew God, never knew Krishna, never knew Rama—yet they came into Sahaja very quickly and became firmly established, all of them. They became established. How did this happen? Because there was no jadvaad in them—no materialism.

Here, materialism itself has consumed everything. All kinds of filth have entered into it. Today, materialism has gripped our country as well. I agree that in the world you live in, you have to do many things just to survive. But the moment you come into Sahaja, Lakshmi stands before you. However, one must understand the nature of Lakshmi. She does not come to drunkards, nor to gamblers, nor to rude / ill-mannered people. If you are truly a Lakshmipati (one blessed by Lakshmi), it will show. Your temperament changes. And that temperament abandons miserliness and the habit of belittling others, and you become very generous, sublime (noble-minded) —your entire being, your personality, transforms. The joy of that state cannot be matched even by possessing thousands of things. Then you begin to understand art, you understand the poor, you understand everything, and you begin to think about what is good for them. An entirely new life begins, and your life becomes joyful. Your home too becomes full of blissfulness.

Now, one thing—we talk a great deal about peace. Nowadays many even receive peace awards. I know such people too; by fate, I meet many of them. Where will they have peace from? They are such angry (bad tempered) people that you cannot even speak to them. If you go near them, you should take a stick with you—otherwise you never know when they might flare up. And they receive peace awards! Tell me, one who has no peace within—what peace can they give to the world?

The place of peace is within you. At the time of Kundalini awakening, you reach that place, that appropriate circumstance. That is your destination—where you become peaceful. This style where one thought rises and falls: other thought rises and falls. All the time you are dancing either toward the future or toward the past. All thoughts come from there. You cannot stand in the present. Even if someone tells you, “Stand in the present moment,” - you cannot. Your attention will immediately go forward or backward. You cannot stand in the present moment.

But when the Kundalini awakens, these thoughts move away and elongate, and in the space between them, you become established. That is the place of peace, where you become thoughtless (nirvichar). So, the first state you attain is nirvichar samadhi—effortlessly, in Sahaja. Yet even in nirvichar (thoughtlessness), you are samadhi, that is you are fully alert, fully aware—not unconscious. Your awareness actually increases. Everything begins to appear in a new way. This state comes first. When your connection with this all-pervading power becomes firm, then you attain nirvikalpa samadhi. And through this you do not become weak—you become strong because whatever physical ailments you have are corrected. It is absolutely true that those people who came into Sahaja once were freed from illness and did not fall sick again. This is completely true—even diseases that doctors cannot cure. This does not mean doctors will lose their livelihood—never. Because most wealthy people will still go to doctors only; they have money and can buy doctors. They cannot buy me. But some wealthy people also come.

The mental condition of many people today is very bad. Nowadays there is a widespread illness called stress. Everyone has stress. Why does stress occur? Because when you act, your ego increases, and it sits on your head like a helmet - here. But when Kundalini awakens, it pierces the Brahmarandhra, and it is as if a hole opens through which all your troubles, all your stress, flows out. You can actually feel a cool breeze coming out from within your head.

There is no room for doubt here, because all this is you. This is your own power. It awakened from within you and blessed you. Understand it as your own personal Mother. She knows everything about you. Like a tape recorder, she has recorded everything within herself. She gives you rebirth—a second birth takes place for you—for which she has been waiting. We have nothing to do with it; no one does. Because it is your own power.

Understand it like this: one lamp is lit, and it lights many other lamps. So, what role does the first lamp retain afterward? That is why there is no question of gratitude toward anyone. Rather, I should thank you—for coming and sitting here with the desire for self-realization. These days people don’t even sit this long peacefully. I don't know what habit they have developed that people don't even sit comfortably and peacefully for so long.

Anyway, whatever it may be, this is your own right. And then the greatest thing that occurs is your spiritual growth. Spiritual growth means you become a very high-quality human being. Many powers begin to flow through your hands. You can help others cross over (ocean of illusion); and you can give self-realization to others. For this, you do not need to spend money or do anything special—only one thing is required: one must have humility.

(Those venues) Where we hold programs, the places are very ordinary, because we do not take money. There are very knowledgeable people there, and they will explain everything—how your chakras are, how to cleanse them, and how by attaining this you can correct the chakras of others.

The new dimension you attain is called collective consciousness. You can feel your own chakras on your hands, and you can also feel others’ chakras on your hands. If you know how to correct your own chakras and others’ chakras—then that is enough. Within one month, you become your own guru.

You know what is right for you and what is not. It is not intellectual understanding; it settles within you. Just as you know through your nerves whether something is cold or hot, through your central nervous system, in the same way you can know the truth on your fingertips. Everything is built within you. Like it is an instrument that (Shree Mataji pointing towards the mic) exists but is useless unless connected to the mains—similarly, you have no special existence (until you are connected). But when you unite with the power of the Param Chaitanya (Supreme Consciousness), you will be astonished at what you truly are. You have no idea about yourself.

Beyond that, you attain deep peace. Such a person becomes extremely dynamic, yet at the same time very loving, affectionate, compassionate. Only one thing remains before them: how can I benefit everyone? Great joy arises.

There is no need to read books for this. Many people say, “Mother, give us your books.” Don’t read them—useless. First attain self-realization and establish it firmly –then read. Kabir Das said, “padee-padee pandit moorkh bhaye” (Reading and reading, scholars became fools). I have seen many such people here in Pune itself; what can I say about others—so highly educated, so intellectual, that you cannot even talk to them. You say something, and they start quoting books. “Brother, have you written anything? Do you have any thoughts of your own, or is it always ‘he said, she said…’?”

But what is for your benefit, for your welfare, for benevolence—why turn away from it? Why not attain it? Earlier I could not understand this, but now I see (observe) that people are beginning to understand. They are realizing that our life is meant for something special—not merely to be born, produce children, get insurance, and die. Not for all this. Our life has far greater value, and we must attain that value.

Whether in Marathi, Hindi, English, or any language (whichever language one knows)—these lectures are still a mental exercise . Until you attain that supreme element, everything else is useless.

So keep one desire - pure desire within you right now. There is only one pure desire; all other (desires) are impure. Because make any wish for anything (for example)—someone wished to buy a car today. They bought a car—nothing; then I want a house, then if I get a house, I want an airplane, if not an airplane, I want something else. It never ends there. This means that what you desired was not your desire. Your wish is not fulfilled. In Economics it is said, “Wants are not satiable in general” —that’s the thing. So, what is that want, which is that desire that is fulfilled? That pure desire—to unite with this *Param Chaitanya (*Supreme Consciousness).

After that, you yourself shall see what we call miracles—thousands of them will occur. People write to me: “Mother, this happened… then that happened… I was saved somehow…” So many letters that we once thought of publishing a book—but it would require volumes. I said, leave it. Let people experience it themselves. Know for yourself how beautiful you are, how glorious you are, and what special qualities you have. Know it yourself.

Until you know your innermost self—and as long as you know it only externally—you cannot understand. And for that you need to do nothing special, because you are sitting on this sacred land.

I tell you, it is very easy for me to give self-realization to people in India, yet people do not come. Abroad it is difficult—My hands hurt terribly, I have to work for hours—but people come there. “Those who have teeth have no chickpeas, those who have chickpeas have no teeth.” Once foreigners get their self-realization, they become firmly established. Here you see, fifty thousands may come initially, no matter how many come, but later only four will reach the centers. What happened? Just as Christ said—some seeds sprout but fall on rocks or roads. It is the same state. If it sprouts, it must become a tree.

The more respect you give to your self realization, the deeper you want to experience (it), the more wisdom and more benefits you will gain. We can make India also once again the ideal the world dreamed of. The whole world will come to India’s feet, because though they have grown outwardly like a tree, their roots are weak—and those roots lie here in India, especially in Maharashtra.

Attaining this is very simple. I repeat: keep one pure desire, and through that alone you can attain it. Nothing else is needed—only know that you should have full confidence that you can attain it. Do not think, “How can I attain it? I am a sinner” this and that. At this moment, you are not a sinner. Forget your entire past completely at this moment. Right now you must attain that for which you came into this world. Remove all conceptions from your brain. Those who tell you that you are sinful etc, think that they are the ones who are the sinners. You should have dignity and respect for yourself. No matter what you have done, you should know that the Paramchaitanya is an ocean of forgiveness. Above all, it is the ocean of forgiveness. Well, it is an ocean of knowledge, it is an ocean of love, but most of all it is an ocean of forgiveness. Therefore there is no sin it cannot forgive and completely dissolve within you. So please know that you should remain joyful towards yourself at this moment.

And the easier thing is : you forgive everyone in one go. Many say forgiveness is difficult. But think—when you forgive, what do you actually do? Nothing. And when you don’t forgive, you still do nothing—except play into the hands of wrong people. You keep thinking about those who hurt you and continue hurting yourself, keep getting angry, keep getting upset. Therefore, forgive everyone right now—no need to think about anyone specifically. Just forgive. Immediately you will feel lightness. Forgive all at once. The Agnya chakra is very narrow, and for Kundalini to pass through, it must open slightly. Forgiveness opens it.

Do not feel guilty about anything. Now this is the English way, you wake up or sleep, say sorry, sorry. Nowadays – earlier when we were younger, I mean I am quite old, so we used to say “I beg your pardon” ………So these days, this sorry; brother, sorry for what? When you wake up in the morning, you say sorry, when you wake up in the evening, you say sorry – you say sorry for everything. Blaming yourself for something – even the smallest thing – the English have such a temperament that if you hold a spoon wrong, that's it – you've missed the mark. What should one say to/about such strange people? It's okay if someone kills someone or does something, it is understandable. But they keep crying day and night about it, "Oh, I held the spoon the wrong way." So what? Such a culture is utterly shallow—how do you hold a spoon, and how do you hold a cup, and how do you eat food—what's there in it? People with such a shallow culture feel deeply guilty—that there aren't many Indians like this.

So, they catch this chakra (left Vishuddhi). And when this chakra gets affected, it can cause many diseases. It can lead to a disease called spondylitis, in which the bones move out of their place, or a disease called angina. People who think, "I'm a big culprit" and apologize for every little thing. Such people catch on this chakra and this can lead to all your body parts becoming lethargic. That's why they too become lazy. So why sit around blaming yourself unnecessarily? There's nothing wrong with you. Whatever you are, you are loved by God. He who has created you, He shall know whatever (regarding whether) you are flawed or innocent. Why do you follow your own rules and regulations, give your own justice, make your own judgments? Let Him do it – otherwise, Kundalini is there; she will give her own judgment. But don't blame yourself.

Just these three things I wanted to tell you. If you please do (follow) these three things now, then your Kundalini will awaken immediately. The fourth thing is this: after self-realization, we must fully mould (establish) ourselves in it and we will establish whatever Yog (connection) we have with this paramchaitanya. (You) will have to make such a promise because half-hearted effort will never help. Otherwise you will come later saying, “Mother, I got this illness,” and then another. So, just like a washerwoman washes clothes day and night, I should also go around cleaning you every day - this is not right. So today only, decide that we shall go deep in it, fully attain ourselves, and make all our powers effective. Because I have said that what (has) happened abroad (is)—they are growing like a dry tree, and the water (for that tree) is in this country, here with you—you should achieve it. My eternal blessings to all.

Now in this I have told you a lot (many times) that where you are sitting, this is the holy land. What can I say? You won't believe that our country is a yogabhumi (land of yoga)—people do not understand because they have not yet entered into spirituality. People who come here from abroad kiss the ground as soon as they get off the plane - namaskar; we received yog in this land of yoga. They respect this country so much and there is Chaitanya all around. I don’t know if you can see it or not. The sky is full of light if you see. Chaitanya is spread all around. I have taken full advantage of it—you should too. Because this is for the benefit of all of us, for the welfare of all.

Now there is one more thing that no one can be forced to do it. Those who want to practice Sahaja Yoga - may do it; those who do not may leave. Because this time is such, which is called the "Last Judgment." Now, it is okay for those who wish to turn to God, and it is also okay for those who do not. No one can be forced. Because I respect your freedom and if you don't want it, it's better that you leave. For this even trying won't help. I cannot give them self-realization to those who are sitting here to criticize and have come riding on a big horse - sorry. Only those people will cross over who humbly know that we have to attain our self-realization. So I request all of you: those who don't want to receive it, please leave—that would be good; and those who are standing, please sit down. The (blessings of this) land should be utilized.

Now, please sit down. This will take only ten minutes. Sit peacefully. Please do not disturb people when they are attaining self-realization. [Shri Mataji speaking in Marathi] Now, if you have shoes on, take them off. Those sitting on chairs should place both feet on the ground, separate them; those sitting on the ground should remove only their shoes. [Shri Mataji speaking in Marathi] Keep both the legs apart because these are two powers – left and right, about which you will know in detail later. Now, keep your feet apart, people - those sitting on chairs. Now, keep both your hands towards me like this. Take off your glasses too, because now your eyes will be closed - so there's no need for that. Do like this with both hands. Now bend your head slightly and move your left hand towards me, close your eyes [Shri Mataji speaking in Marathi] now place your right hand on top of your head [Shri Mataji speaking in Marathi] And see now, can you see (feel) any cool or warm air coming from your head, from the top of your head? If you have not forgiven, it would be warm. Please forgive everyone. Cool or hot air? Adi Shankaracharya said, "Salilam Salilam"—cool, cool. But even if it's hot, it's okay. Okay - now again put your right hand towards me, bend your neck, and with your left hand, see (feel) if cold or warm air is coming from your head. Some people feel it very close, while others feel it far away. And if you move your hand a little bit and look (check), then you can feel it. [Shri Mataji speaking in Marathi] Keep your left hand towards me and then bow your head, now check with your right hand whether cold air is coming (blowing) or warm air. It should not be held exactly above the head, (......) means away from the head - on the Taaloo, in the fontanel bone area, as it is called. And see if the air is cold or warm. Yes, now raise both your hands towards the sky and lift your head up; and ask inside yourself this question: Now, you can call Mother or Shri Mataji, 'Mother, is this the Paramchaitanya?' Ask this question three times: "Mother, is this the Paramchaitanya?" If you are a Christian, ask, "Mother, is this the cool breeze of the holy ghost?" If you are Muslim, ask, "Is this the Ruh?" Ask three times. Now lower your hands. Keep both hands towards me, and look at me—without any thoughts. Now you can become thoughtless. (Shri Mataji blowing on the mic) Now all those people who can feel cold or hot air coming from their fingers, or hands, or from the Brahmarandhra – which you call the Taaloo – all such people should raise both their hands. Wah wah wah - (Marathi) this is also the virtue of Punyapatnam, and look the entire Pune has achieved it’s self realisation - what more do you need? My salutations to all of you saints, my salutations, infinite salutations. (Marathi) Put your hands down. What more can I say? I just want to say that we must move forward. Because some people will feel like they've reached heaven – but that's not going to work; the connection must be solid. And so, everyone, please come – there's no need to pay any money, just a little time. That's it! And after that, you'll know completely about yourself and who you are. They will tell you everything there; all the knowledge and its exploration. The exploration (study/research) is tangible, completely tangible through science. So, attain this knowledge.

My eternal blessings to all.
